EPS of 81c beat estimates of 45c; revenue of $47.8M beat estimates of $45.0M. EBITDA of $24.98M missed estimates by 25%. Book value rose 52c to $25.31. Revenue rose 2.7%. Distributable cash per unit rose 6.6%. Payout ratio 51.9%. Subsquent to quarter end another $75M was deployed into a new partner Kubik. We would consider it a solid quarter.
