HLU is only $14M market cap and we never suggest such tiny companies. Listing costs are a continued drag on performance, and share dilution is more or less continuous just to keep the lights on. The illiquidity of the stock is another big risk factor. Shares are down 66% this year and down 75% since October. It is, at best, a lottery ticket.
