Q: Can you tell me what will become of my NUMI shares when it is delisted from the TSX?

The company will still exist, but will not trade. It needs to complete its audited 2025 numbers and then reapply to exchanges in order to get its listing back. It will likely show as $0 in brokerage accounts until a listing is renewed.
