HUT has evolved from a pure-play Bitcoin miner into a broader energy infrastructure and AI compute platform. It has secured a long-term $7B AI infrastructure lease with Fluidstack, and sales grew 45% last year with margins expanding, but it is still unprofitable and is cash flow negative. It has a solid balance sheet, momentum has been good, and we think it can continue to move higher amid the AI data center buildout story. Although it is highly volatile and the story is not as clean as a pure-play neocloud name like NBIS or CRWV.
