The gold sector has been hit, but we think it has solid recovery potential. GLCC is down 22% in a month. We have nothing against covered call funds, but they will lag in a rally. If an investor does not require income we would prefer to see more upside potential in a straight equity gold ETF. But structurally and holdings-wise we are fine with GLCC today.
