Q: Would you consider this stock as safe investment for a retired senior looking income. I see that it is near its one year low.? Cheers

We would consider it "OK". Because it uses leverage we would not put it into the "safe" category. We have no issues with its holdings nor structure, but it is all equities and the leverage makes it riskier than others.
