CPKR reported revenue of $429 mln and EPS of $0.63. Sales were up 1.3% and EBITDA was up 19.5%. The quarter looked fine overall and largely in-line with expectations. At 7X earnings and with a 5% yield, we think it looks attractive with the caveat that it is more of a slower growth, income focused name.
