Q: if choosing between SGR.un and IVT, as they are both grocery anchored reits which would be the best . IVT has 1/2 the dividend payout of SGR , but SGR has double the payout ratio.

SGR is quite small (under $1B) and with the difference in ratios we would side with the larger/safer IVT. It has also outperformed this year (not though on a one-year basis).
