Q: What do you think of the quarterly results. would you shortlist for including in the investment portfolio after the 10% drop?
5i Research Answer:
EPS of $1.27 beat estimates of $1.20; revenue of $1.05B beat estimates of $981.5B. The dividend was raised 10.2%. EPS rose from $1.05 last year. Revenue rose 17%. Adjusted net income rose 21%. Net investment income was the weak spot, down 45%. The stock is very cheap and the (growing) dividend attractive. We think the dip creates a good opportunity for buyers.
