Q: What are your thoughts on Haivision? The 4th quarter results released on Jan 14th looked very strong, and the company turned a nice profit, with good revenue growth. The stock has increased about 60% since then. Is it worth a speculative buy here, or better to wait and see another couple of quarterly results?

The stock move is very impressive, but it is a small company, and is now expensive at 38X earnings. It remains debt-free and consensus calls for about 40% EPS growth this year. The stock is looking better than before, certainly. However we would like to see the recent big price gains consolidate a bit.
