Our rank would be *FOM*, ALS, CIA. All are fairly small, but doing well enough. FOM has no revenue but lots of cash and good potential. However yesterday ELD agreed to buy the company in a friendly deal. We would hold and tender this to the final offer. ALS has a very solid balance sheet and a growing revenue base. It is profitable but very expensive on a P/E basis. CIA is significantly cheaper and pays a nice dividend but the company has a very leveraged balance sheet. Earnings are quite volatile and in 2026 it will make less money than it did in 2021 and 2022.
