Q: I’m 75. My precious metals position is 20%. I have own SWM for many years ( cost is about 9.00. I have about 10 % fixed income. I am comfortable holding but at my age maybe trim? What would be a limit for the metals. It seems, it is still under owned. Maybe. I don’t hear or see it.

We can't comment on personal position sizes, but personally we would be comfortable with 15% metals. We like SVM, but it is a relatively small company, with China exposure, and up 219% in a year. No doub most investors' weightings will be higher than planned so a trim makes sense if an investor has a big position.
