5i Research Answer:

We have nothing against EVR, and it has done well with the sector. However, with no reported revenue, losses and negative cash flow it is tough to analyse. It does have a decent portfolio, though. Including: Highland Valley Copper (BC): 0.51% net profits interest on Teck Resources' operation, Canada's largest copper mine, generating steady revenue. Copper Mountain (BC): 5% NSR on copper and 2.5% NSR on other metals from Hudbay Minerals' mine; first payments expected Q4 2025 or Q1 2026. McIlvenna Bay (SK): C$0.75 per tonne royalty on Foran Mining's project (backed by Agnico Eagle), targeting commercial production mid-2026. Insiders own 13%. As revenue kicks this year the stock should continue to generate interest.
