Q: What are your thoughts on this ETF ? Good investment if one feels banks are quite highly priced at this point ? Are there other similar ETFs out there ?

ZWB is similar, and preferred, with a better long term performance record. But BKCC is still a decent fund, for those wanting bank exposure and enhanced income via a covered call fund. These funds will lag in a sector rally but for income focused investors are still decent investments.
