QNC is in the 'random number/quantum' sector, but it is hard to evaluate their technology as they have no third-party endorsement through actual sales. It does have $25 million cash, but no revenue, losses and negative cash flow. Up neartly 2,000% in the past year, market cap is now $750M. But this is a speculative, sector play only and there is not much to go on. Expectations are very high--extreme in fact. Insiders own 4% and have been sellers this year. We cannot endorse it on any fundamentals.
