Q: I read somewhere { maybe here } of Brookfield launching a private equity fund ... The Symbol being BPE . I have a few questions ....
1} What is it and what's in it, and do you like it ?
2} I can't find the symbol in my TD Waterhouse account. Why ?
3} Do I already own it as a part of my BN shares ? And if so how much does BN own ?
Thanks for your terrific service ....

5i Research Answer:
The fund is a private listing, but available to accredited investors with a minimum investment of $25,000. 2) There is no symbol, it does not trade. 3) It may be available through a full-service broker, but not all may have access. 4) The company has a solid reputation in private equity, but we need to see how it performs over time to truly gauge an opinion. 5) There is 'exposure' through fees associated with BN. BN has also seeded the fund.
