Q: Is Rockpoint planning on paying a dividend?
If so, any idea how much it might be and when it will likely be announced?

RGSI does plan a dividend, and states that payout ratio will be targetted at 50% to 60%; however nothing specific was mentioned on timing. But we would expect its first declaration to be before year end.
