With market cap of only $14M, we cannot endorse it on size alone. It still has no revenue, losses and negative cash flow. It tried to raise $3M recently and only raised $1M, so it is re-trying for the other $2M. It needs ongoing cash and dilutes shareholders on a regular basis. Shares are down 95% in the past five years. Insiders own 6.6%. We would have no interest here.
