Q: What ETF would you recommend for a US dollar TFSA that would similar to VUSB?
My understanding is any US interest earned in a non registered account has a 15% withholding tax.

US interest income is not subject to witholding tax for Canadians. RUSB is a short-term bond ETF that would be similar to VUSB. ZTS is more focused on governemnt bonds, opposed to corporate, but could be another option.
