5i Research Answer:

BCM is significantly smaller in market cap, which will hold back its valuation at times. Insiders do not own much. Sandstorm owns 20% and Equinox owns 13% and this could limit other corporations' interest. The company has been around a very long time and is only up 36% since 2000 and that has frustrated shareholders and potential shareholders. It is up 100% this year and now that it is producing it 'should' get re-rated and de-risked somewhat, but this can at times be a slow process.
