We are sorry we do not know this one well. Market cap is only $28M, and that is after a 444% gain this year. It was a 2-cent stock in April and we do not follow micro-caps too closely. Eric Sprott owns 8% and New Found Gold owns 25%. This makes the float very thin (insiders own 3%). It has a bit of cash, no revenue, losses and negative cash flow. KLDC Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp. controls the largest wholly owned land package in the Kirkland Lake gold camp, focusing on gold, silver, copper, zinc, and diamonds within Ontario’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt, a world-class mining district. Momentum in the stock is excellent, but there is so much work to be done here still and lots of capital is going to be needed. It is for now essentially a lottery ticket and we would consider it of extreme risk.
