CDR is $119M market cap, no dividend, and is an oil and gas producer in Uzbekistan and Canada. At 15X earnings, it is more expensive than many peers. The balance sheet is OK, and it is moving from losses to positive earnings this year. Two analysts cover it (both buys) and average target price is $5.53. Production was largely unchanged i the Q2, and there is some political risks here. Insiders own 4%, Eurasia Resources owns 21%. It is interesting, but its small size adds risks, and there is not enough here for us to give it a strong endorsement.
