We have many comments posted on our thoughts about BTC, and we feel this one helps to capture some of the thesis for BTC as an asset.
Largely, we feel investors should determine their individual viewpoints on BTC and whether they feel its value can increase over time based on institutional adoption, network effects, etc., and their risk tolerance level.
It is a highly volatile asset, with drawdowns as large as 70%+. For an investor that is comfortable with the risks and the long-term thesis, we would be comfortable owning BTC for a long-term timeframe. We prefer IBIT, FBTC.
