Please see today's answer under HPYT, the Canadian dollar version. Performance has been weak, but that is largely due to the sector and not really the fund's 'fault'. Considering the prospects for lower rates, at current levels we would be comfortable holding. HBND has similar holdings and performance. If one is expecting a bond rally we would suggest BND, with a lower yield but much better overall return in recent periods.
