PKT is now up 16% for the year, bringing market cap to $130M. Debt remains high, but growth is looking good. It has been losing money but should break-even this year. Cash flow is positive and it has been quite active on the acquisition front. Net operating income rose 10% in the Q1. Insiders own 9% directly and have been net buyers this year. It is an interesting small cap real estate play, for those not interested in REITs and income. It should be considered high risk, certainly, but it has some good qualities for a small cap. We could see it as part of a small cap 'basket' allocation of several companies.
