Keep in mind we do not cover micro caps very closely. CPS is $17M market cap, after a 31% decline this year. It has no reported revenue, has never made money, and our data shows never has had positive cash flow. The stock is down 50% over the past 10 years. It has little cash. We would have no interest here.
