5i Research Answer:
While tariffs may raise the cost of some materials used in construction, we do not think they will have a material impact to the company. The valuation is very high (93X earnings) and debt is high too (4X cash flow). EPS is expected to dip this year and then show better growth in 2026. It missed earnings in the last quarter. Its performance has quite lagged the sector this year. Altius's commodity exposures include copper, renewable based electricity, several key battery metals (lithium, nickel and cobalt), clean iron ore, and potash. We would consider it decent enough, but would not put it into the 'Top Pick' category for the sector.
