PGE is only $50M market cap, even after a 79% gain this year. It has not much cash (raising $6M now), no revenue, losses and negative cash flow. It is going to need more capital. Its main asset is a development property in an historical silver/lead belt in Montana. It also has assets in BC, Ontario and Alaska. The management team is well experienced but it is early days here and it is going to need ongoing capital. It should be considered highly risky, but does have potential if the sector continues to run. Insiders own 8%. Glencore owns 14%.
Clean Air Metals AIR is only $11M market cap. We are sorry we do not know it well enough to comment.
