Q: Why is SCR down so much today when all other oil names are up? Is it something about the takeover? Couldn't find any news. Thanks.

SCR put out some comments about its Tucker Oil Sands emissions, but we would not view this as material, and there was no other news. While there was no news, speculation is that SCR will have to raise its offer for MEG in order to complete its proposed takeover.
