DNTL started its first dividend in March, which we like. 'Roll up' companies always have risks, and debt is high here. But there is certainly potential. Decent earnings growth is expected. We would not consider it a stock for conservative investors, however. We would give it an OK rating. We would like to see debt lower and perhaps more deals (yes we know these are competing goals) to broaden out the revenue base and exposure.
