Q: I have heard people compare NCI to a mini CSU. Could you explain how NCI is similar to CSU or how is it different?
5i Research Answer:
First, NCI is an operating company, whereas CSU is more of a holding company for various software companies. Second, CSU has grown mostly via acquisitions, and NCI has not announced any takeovers in many years. NCI does have software offerings and some sectors its serves would be similar. Insiders of NCI own 27% and it has grown nicely. CSU is more than 100X larger, but NCI has done well and is attracting attention, but at this time we would not equate it too closely to CSU.
