BYN should have leverage to higher gold prices and it is focused on the Yukon. The company has $10 mln in cash on the balance sheet but is pre-revenue and has a sub-$100 mln market-cap, so we would view it as high risk and it is hard for us to 'endorse' given the more speculative nature. The stock has participated in the gold rally, up 32% YTD, but is down over one year. Insiders own 7% and Victoria Gold owns 10%.
