Q: What are your thoughts on this new spinout company. I voted against the deal. I'm long Canadian oil and gas but I'm down in my tfsa and it looks like we no longer get a dividend to wait.

Shareholders did not like the takeover/split, but it was approved obviously. The company is tiny, and we would see it as a 'no need to own' stock, but we would wait a bit to sell as there may be lots of sellers just exiting their positions after the deal.
