Market cap is now $240M after an impressive 557% one-year and 90% YTD run. It was a 5 cent stock last year, so not one we have followed closely until recently. As a deveoper, it has $11M cash (prior to its recent $22M issue), no revenue, losses and negative cash flow. Insiders own 2%. Silvercorp owns 6.6%. Excitement comes from some very impressive drill intercepts in its Guyana gold project. Very high grades over long intercepts gets investors' attention. Lots of work is still needed, but if infill drilling confirms everything the company may have a very nice deposit. Risks of course abound, but the company has money and skill to continue its development. Assays will dictate the stock's future direction. Investors now have very high expectations. It looks good, but certainly from a more-speculative standpoint at this stage.
