ESPN is a very small (9.3M market cap) name that is pre-revenue, does not have much trading liquidity, and currently has an equity deficit. It recently announced plans for a Canadian geological services company to complete technical reports with National Instrument at its recently acquired two properties. It is focused on mining in Spain, and at this time we would consider it to be fairly speculative. While its stock price has been rising, amid advances made in its mining projects, at its small size and pre-revenues, we would consider the risks to be quite high.
