Q: Is LCS currently paying a dividend? Why is share price down?

Yes; LCS paid a dividend on April 12. It has not yet declared its May dividend yet, however. The last dividend skipped was in June 2022. Market worries likely have worried LCS holders. The stock is now up three days in a row after losses in eight trading days. There is no news.
