The last update we can see if from January of this year. MAXR and its executives reached a $27M settlement in the class-action lawsuit. The settlement which was approved by a federal judge, represents about 28% of the estimated damages and will be distributed to investors who bought Maxar stock between May 9 and Oct. 30, 2018. Lead counsel for the plaintiffs will receive a 30% attorneys' fee award.
