Q: Not sure of my source, could you confirm that Dream Unl has 16% shares of Dream ind reit? Also, since they manage the reit, curious to know how they get paid for the services?

From the most recent management information circuluar (published March 2023) Dream Office REIT is the only related owner, as follows: 
Toronto, Ontario, Canada • 18,551,855 Special Trust Units
• 7,487,451 Units • 100% of the Special Trust Units
• 2.9% of the Units

While the circular is dated, this info is also confirmed by Bloomberg.
