It is possible, but it is fairly small and not that cheap on a valuation basis, so there might be fewer interested parties. TCN was very cheap in comparison. We think Blackstone or another private equity company such as KKR might be more likely parties rather than another REIT. But it is a possibility and not something we would expect.
