We are comfortable with it. The discount will hurt the stock in the short term, but the company is paying off debt and fattening its financial flexibility for its next deal. Its last acquisition was $72M and we are comfortable seeing the balance sheet improve. The dividend was increased 2% as a bit of an appeasement to shareholders.
