With the market capitalization at $9M now, why wouldn't the chairman just take the company private and save the expense of running a public company, if it is a going concern? We have been wondering the same thing. MTLO seems to be being run more as a hobby than an actual company. We do show somewhat decent trading on all days, but much of it is occurring on alternative markets, and some brokers will only report Venture trades. But it traded 44,000 shares Tuesday and 138,000 Monday. It has had no corporate news in over a month.
