Q: Am I get an updated opinion on CKI. Trading much closer to BV now.

CKI is a holding company that purchases other businesses generally focused around the hospitality space. The valuation is cheap but companies such as this typically trade at a discount. We are a bit agnostic on this. We have nothing to be too critical of but at the same time also don't see a whole lot to be excited about either.
