The stock has been halted since July. In October, the company stated this: Atul Sabharwal, Founder of Snipp, added “We continue to make progress on the filing of the Corporation's audited annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, and are moving towards audit completion that is expected to be in the middle of November. We are excited about the growth prospects for our core business, Gambit, and SnippMedia, and look forward to communicating our progress in detail following the conclusion of the audit. But nothing has been filed yet, and the stock will be halted until it is done.
