Q: Today Brian asked about the dividend rate for this pref. share.
You have indicated that the rate is .307
I believe the correct rate is 6.525%.
Can you please explain.

The new rate is 6.525%, the dividend to be paid out December 1, 2023 will be $0.307, however, going forward after December 1, 2023, the dividends should be higher, around ~$0.407.
