From the manager's website the net asset value is $14.57 (November 15). So, it is fairly close to the $15 threshold before distributions can begin. There also has been a decent financial sector rally since then, with many banks boosting their dividens. So, as far as predictions go, we think January or February, assuming markets do not collapse, may allow the distribution to return. Unit price rose nicely in November as investors looked for a bottom here.
