Q: I am down considerably on SXP. Is it a hold or sell?

SXP is cheap, but its small size, embedded losses and higher debt are somewhat concerning. Essentially no growth is expected in the next two years. Because of the very low valuation it does have some bounce potential, but for a small cap investment we think there are much better growth opportunities, and we would be fine letting SXP go.
