thanks,
Loss of 65c missed estimates of -4c, with a large writedown; Sales of $63.6M beat estimates marginally. EBITDA of $10.8M missed estimates by 14%. Guidance was suspended and several brokers have already cut target prices. Revenue fell 4%, which we do not like to see (especially with inflation). Also, expenses rose despite lower revenue. Cash flow at least did improve a bit. Service revenues rose to 79% of total. There was a $24M goodwill writeoff ($29M for the year to date). We can't say we are impressed here. With its small size and losses for the year, it could see some more selling (tax loss and otherwise). Price/sales is attractive, and cash flow is OK. STC was sold from our growth portfolio in March, and we think investors can move on an re-examine it next year.
