Q: I hold this and as such I guess I have shares of the spun out new private company. It is held in an RRSP. Are there any issues with this?

We have some comments posted on the parent today. Most brokers will only allow companies traded on a recognized exchange to be held in registered accounts. We would expect to receive notice from the broker on options in transferring it out of the RRSP.
