OGN is acting well, up 30% YTD. It has $16M cash, but revenue, cash flow and earnings are still minimal here. Sprott owns 9.9%. It is building out its portfolio and added 12 royalties in the past 18 months. Merlin has good exploration targets. It hasn't had much dramatic news, but investors are looking towards drilling/resource results at several properties as possible catalysts. It continues to build out the company and when precious metals finally move we would expect it to do quite well. In addition to Sprott, ALS also owns 15% of the company.
