Please see this answer. ARE is not our favourite in the sector, and we would prefer WSP and STN. But it is cheap enough to be a HOLD. The dividend is attractive while one awaits a recovery. It is still expected to show earnings growth next year and is up 23% YTD even with the decline post-earnings, so still very nicely ahead of the TSX.
